General Secretary |
Joe became General Secretary of the Scottish Police Federation
in October 2005.
He
joined Strathclyde Police in 1981 having previously served as
a cadet. He served principally in North Lanarkshire and
was elected to the Federation in 1991. He was the Co-ordinator
for Officer Safety Training and served in Community policing
prior to being elected as the Joint Branch Board Secretary in
1999.
The
following year he was elected to the Joint Central Committee
and represented Scotland on the Police Negotiating Board.
More recently he was elected as the PNB's Deputy Staff Side
Secretary and he now sits on the Police Advisory Body.

Norrie

Norrie
became Chairman of the Scottish Police Federation in the year
2000.
He joined Strathclyde Police in 1977
stationed at Partick in Glasgow. Norrie has a wide range of
experience in the three ranks represented by the federation.
He was a constable in Glasgow a Sergeant in Hamilton and an
Inspector in Airdrie. Apart from routine duties he has been
operational in community policing, support group, firearms,
and the media information office. Prior to taking up his current
position Norrie was for a short time the Chairman of the Strathclyde
Police Federation. In
addition to his Scottish responsibilities Norrie is a member
of the Staff Side on the Police Negotiating Board for the United
Kingdom and Chairman of the United Kingdoms Police Dependants`
Trust. |

Hugh
Little
Deputy General Secretary |
Hugh was elected to the post of Deputy General Secretary of
the Scottish Police Federation in 2005.
He
Joined Strathclyde Police in 1978 stationed in Craigie Street
in Glasgow. He joined the Sergeants Branch Board in 1992
as Divisional representative for the North Ayrshire Division.
He was appointed a member of the Joint Central Committee in
2000 and became Chairman of the Sergeants Central Committee
in 2002. Hugh is the Sergeants' Representative at the
Police Negotiating Board and is also a member of the General
Interests Committee and the Police Advisory Board for Scotland.
Prior to taking up his current position Hugh was Deputy Secretary
of Strathclyde Police Joint Branch Board.

Robert
Milligan
Vice Chairman |
Rab
became Vice Chairman of the Scottish Police Federation in 2002.
He joined Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary
in 1985. He served in Newton Stewart, Stranraer Traffic Department,
Dumfries Traffic Department, Dumfries Burgh, Training Department
and Annan. He
was elected to the Dumfries and Galloway Branch Board in 1992
and has served as both chairman and vice chairman on the board.
His responsibilities include being a PABS representative. |
